No cat(s) can be boarded without evidence of relevant and up to date vaccinations.

Visits are encouraged before booking to ensure Fairways is the right place for your cat(s) and you. A compartment can be allocated at the time of viewing and all necessary booking forms can be obtained at this time also.
A compartment will be allocated upon booking and on acceptance of Fairways' Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation will be issued to secure the booking and forwarded via email to the customer with all necessary paperwork. The booking will be subject to cancellation charges 14 days from the date of confirmation.
The completion of signed booking documents form part of each booking and need to be provided prior to the first day of boarding (for new customers) or on the first day of boarding (for regular customers). All documents need to be completed and received by Fairways in order for your cat(s) to be boarded. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights. Shorter stays can be considered but the 3 night charge will apply. The minimum 3 night stay is extended to 5 nights during High Volume times (see below). A heating charge will be added between October and May or longer if the weather dictates.
Dietary and mobility concerns need to be discussed and notified to Fairways upon enquiry, in order to ensure that Fairways can provide the correct care for your cat.
Medicines - most can be administered but it is imperative that all medical needs are advised to Fairways upon enquiry and discussed prior to booking. An additional medical form needs to be completed and received by Fairways prior to boarding and in some circumstances, charges for administering the medicine can apply.
All standard types of wet and dry foods are included in the price and are listed below. An allowance of 2 wet sachets a day, plus dry is given to each cat and quantities above this will need to be provided by the customer. Please ensure that your cat's dietary needs are discussed at the time of booking and any changes are notified in advance of their stay. Fairways is unable to supply specific dietary or veterinary prescribed foods and so these need to accompany your cat. There is no reduction in boarding charges for food not supplied by Fairways. Fresh water is made available at all times.
Wet foods supplied: Felix, Whiskas, Gourmet, Sheba - jelly, gravy, fish and meat.
Dry foods supplied: Whiskas, GoCat, Purina, Iams, Perfect Fit - fish and chicken based.
High Volume times: July through to October, Christmas week and Easter school holidays.
